Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 is required for Temporal Flux to run. The .NET Framework can be obtained through Windows Update or by downloading the Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable available on Microsoft's .NET download page (dotnetfx.exe, 23 MB) After installing, run Windows Update to download available .NET patches.
