Bandai marketed a Chrono Cross card game in tandem with the game's release. It features 6 prism cards, with 60 cards total (including the prisms). They were probably sold from Carddas vending machines run by Bandai. Carddas machines dispense trading cards based on various anime and video games. (More information at Wikipedia.)

The Chrono Compendium hasn't been able to acquire a set and analyze the game, but speculation about the rules has taken place on the forums here.
