General Information
Chrono Cross
The handle is a device used to rig the casino at the SS Zelbess. Specifically, it operates a magnet in the attic of the inn that allows the game to be rigged. Fargo employed a Demi-human to operate it; after Serge and his party lost their boat and were changed into cats by Snef, they infiltrated the attic and removed the handle, presenting it to Fargo as proof of his cheating.
