Dead levels:
- UPDATING; Updates have been made within the last six months, and the site is healthy.
- STATIC; The site is quiet or frozen, no discernible updates or no updates needed. Sites that are completely finished regarding their original purpose are static. The presence of a 'Coming soon' note disqualifies placement in this category.
- DYING; No updates have been made in six months.
- DEAD; No updates have been made in one year.
- FORUM DEAD; This is an arbitrary assignment.
